CNC CyLindrical Grinder Series This series of machine tools is a two-axis linkage CNC numerical control cylindrical grinder. SIMENS, FANUC or other numerical control systems are selected. The movement of the worktable and the wheel carrier is completed by the AC servo motors on the Z axis and X axis to drive the ball screw. X, Z axis linkage realizes linear and circular interpolation, and completes the grinding of inclined surface and circular arc. Through reasonable programming, the machine can complete the grinding of single or combined surfaces such as cylindrical, conical, and shoulders of various small and medium-sized parts. The grinding wheel can be shaped and trimmed to achieve the shape grinding. In addition to satisfying the external cylindrical surface grinding of traditional industries such as automobiles, motorcycles, compressors, automotive gearboxes, oil pump nozzles, and valve stems, it is also suitable for rollers, ceramics, and semiconductors such as stereo printing Grinding of outer cylindrical surfaces in emerging industries.
STRUCTURAL FEATURES The layout of the machine is the movable table t-type layout, and the leftright movement of the table (z-axis) and the transverse movement of the wheelhead(X- axis) are driven by the servo motor and ball screw. Lubrication by intermittent lubrication pump for centralized lubrication ,The workhead is a dead center structure, and the tailstock workpiece is manually jacked and released. The adjustment of jacking force can be realized by adjusting the com-pression quantity of the spring. The wheelhead is a dynamic bearing structure of tile, which has good grinding rigidity and high precision. Workpiece grinding can realize CNC programmed automatic grinding, which can meet the requirements of automatic grinding of most small and medium-sized parts. It can well replace the traditional manual cylindrical grinder, and reduce the requirement of machine tools for personnel operation level. One worker can operate multiple machine tools at the same time.
