Feature :
1. The vertical spindle has two main components. The angel of two rotation axis is 45 degree. We can adjust the milling head to any space angle by rotating two main components, processing more conveniently.
2. Horizontal spindle adopts three-support structure, increasing spindle rigidity, and dynamic braking system with large torque, quickly stop and reliability.
3. X, Y, Z axis of worktable can be both manual and motorized feed, and rapid feeding with high efficiency.
4. X axis travel is 1000mm, which expands the process range. X, Y, Z axis guidways adopt harden and grinding, high accuracy and long life.
5. The transmission gear use several lubrication formsnlike centrlized lubrication, oil-immersed lubrication, hand-operate lubrication, oil cup fixed-point lubrication, which have good effect with low noise.
6. The structure has so good rigidity that it can bear heavy cutting work load. And it uses carbide cutting tools to make high speed cutting.
