Product Description

This product adopts many kinds of control technology by independent development such like pneumatic, hydraulic, built-in  motorized spindle, built-in high-power power tool turret, tool automatic measurement and compensation (optional), temperature control and collision protection and so on. So it is a machinery, electricity, pneumatic,  liquid integration high-end products, with  modern composite processing and intelligent control.
There are 3 straight axis and a C axis, namely: X, Z, W (tailstock), C axis . It able to finish turning,milling, drilling, boring, tapping, reaming and other functions once clamping. C axis can divide 0.001 degrees, more suitable for machining complex shape parts such as the CAM, spiral flute and so on.
Using self-developed patent product BMT65 type power tool turret , the structure of motorized spindle, as the international advanced level, 12 post all can be installed power tools, boring cutter apron or turn tool apron;
X, Z, adopt high precision, ultra-quiet, double nut preloading ball screw, high feed speed;Drive motor with ball screw straight connect  through elastic coupling, feed servo motor directly transport power to high precision ball screw, no back clearance, ensure the accuracy of the machine positioning and synchronization.
