1.Product introduction and use

The product for the X, Y, Z three-axis servo direct connects half closed loop control of vertical machining center, spindle servo motor driving, the capacity of tool magazine 16 or 24 optional.Can be achieved for a variety of plate, plate and shell, a complex parts, such as CAM, mold clamping, complete drilling, milling, boring, expansion, reaming, tapping and other process, are suitable for many varieties, medium small batch products of rough and finish machining, belongs to the strong machining center.

 The X, Y, Z guide are widen rectangle sliding guide rail, the Y direction guideway is the 4 guideway  structure, and the intermediate frequency quenching and precision grinding, high rigidity;the surface of the slide guide paste the Taiwan PTFE material and precision lapping, with automatic forced lubrication, reduce feed movement of the friction resistance, reduce the low speed crawl, improve the accuracy of machine tool life;
