Product Description

CK6180 CNC horizontal lathe is suitable for machining shaft, disc parts, and other rotary parts. Suitable for rough and precision machining of black metal, non-ferrous metal, and some non-metallic parts using high-speed steel, hard alloy, and ceramic cutting tools. It can turn cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, end faces, grooves, threads, and rotary surfaces. Through CNC programming, it can automatically complete the rough and fine turning of inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, inner and outer conical surfaces, end faces, and steps, as well as the rough and fine machining of inner and outer threads.

The structural design and material selection of this machine tool are reasonable, with sufficient rigidity and wear resistance, ensuring good low-speed motion stability. It has advantages such as small thermal deformation, low noise, and good seismic resistance. Capable of continuous and normal operation under the environmental conditions described in the technical specifications, with stable accuracy.
1. The bed body is made of high-quality gray cast iron with resin sand molding, and adopts a frame structure. The guide rail is a combination of mountain shaped and flat guide rails, and is ground by medium frequency quenching. The upper width of the bed body is 600mm. The moving guide rail is equipped with anti crawling plastic soft bands, and the chip removal adopts a tilted rear chip removal method.

2. The spindle adopts a single axis structure with two-point support, and the bearings adopt high-precision spindle bearings. The spindle box adopts a closed box form, and the front and rear bearings are lubricated with grease. The front end of the spindle adopts a reliable labyrinth sealing mechanism, which can effectively prevent oil leakage and foreign objects from entering the spindle box.

3. The main transmission system is driven by an AC22kW variable frequency motor to rotate the main shaft. The main motor is connected to the transmission mechanism by a V-belt. The spindle is equipped with an encoder, which can achieve constant linear speed cutting, control of feed rate per revolution, and thread turning.

4. The tailstock consists of an upper body and a lower body.

5. The X-axis feed motion is achieved by a wide-ranging -10Nm AC servo motor, which drives the precision ball screw pair through direct connection to achieve stepless speed regulation for fast movement and feed motion, and a built-in encoder is used to achieve semi closed loop control.

6. The Z-axis feed motion is driven by a wide-ranging -15Nm AC servo motor to achieve stepless speed regulation of the precision ball screw pair for fast movement and feed motion, and a built-in encoder is used to achieve semi closed-loop control.

7. The centralized lubrication system adopts a centralized lubrication system for intermittent lubrication with centralized timing and quantity. Used for lubrication of skateboard guide rail pairs, bed saddle guide rail pairs, ball screw pairs, and ball screw support bearings. And the oil filling cycle can be adjusted at any time.

8. The control system adopts the well-known domestic brand GSK980TDi-V CNC system.

9. The tool holder adopts the Yizhe vertical four station electric rotary CNC tool holder.

10. The machine tool is equipped with lighting and cooling devices. Accessories such as center frame and drag roller can also be selected according to user requirements.
