Machine Tool Description
The TCK500 series multifunctional CNC lathe is a high-speed precision CNC machining equipment produced by our company with the introduction of Japanese technology. The main supporting components are all products from well-known domestic and foreign manufacturers, and the key parts are all completed by imported precision pentahedral machining centers to ensure manufacturing accuracy.
1, Machine tool structure
1. The TCK500 series multifunctional CNC lathe adopts a box shaped structure and strong and tough cast iron (HT-300) for the bed body, which is cast using integrated molding casting technology and completed in one clamping process using a high-precision machining center. Therefore, it has the characteristics of strong overall rigidity, good maintenance of machine tool accuracy, and high reliability in use.
2. The bed adopts a high rigidity 30 inclined back integral bed, which is convenient for chip removal and comes with a separate water tank to completely prevent leakage and is easy to maintain.
2, Knife holder
The TCK500 series multifunctional CNC lathe adopts a 12 station hydraulic tool holder, which can be interchanged at various positions of the tool head. Fast tool changing speed (with a tool changing time of 0.25 seconds). The repeated positioning accuracy of the knife holder rotation is 0.003mm.
3, Spindle
The TCK500 series multifunctional CNC lathe adopts a high rigidity spindle unit structure.
2. The sealed grease lubrication inside the spindle can ensure high-speed and smooth operation of the spindle.
3. The spindle motor adopts AC servo motor, continuously variable speed, power of 7.5KW, large torque output, wide range, and high torque output at low speed, suitable for heavy cutting.
4. The spindle box has a gearless structure, greatly reducing noise and vibration.
5. Adopting Zhongshi (optional hollow) hydraulic chuck and high-speed oil cylinder, equipped with foot switch, the workpiece clamping is convenient, safe and reliable.
4 X. Z-axis transmission
1. The feed transmission of X3210 and Z-axis 4010 adopts Taiwan Intime large-diameter and high-precision (C3 level), and is pre pressed and pre pulled.
2. The X and Z axis feed uses Taiwan's top silver wire gauge (P-grade RG35), which has strong load-bearing capacity.
3. Equipped with a screw and rail lubrication system, it provides forced lubrication throughout the entire process to minimize friction, and is protected by a stainless steel telescopic cover.
4. Both the X and Z axes use servo motors, with a torque of 15N. m for the X-axis motor and 10N. m for the Z-axis motor.
Five Tail seat
1. The machine tool adopts a standard hydraulic tailstock, and the tailstock body is moved by a hydraulic cylinder.
2. The tailstock guide rail is a high-precision wire gauge (Taiwan and grade precision), ensuring the optimal combination of machine tool feed accuracy and rigidity.
VI Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system of the machine tool adopts imported components to control the variable pump system, ensuring the most energy-efficient use of the machine tool.
7, Lubrication system
Adopting a centralized lubrication system, the ball screw and track are fully automatically lubricated to ensure the fast movement ability and high positioning accuracy of the machine tool.
