This series of CNC vertical drills can complete drilling, expanding, reaming, countersinking, tapping and other processes, and is suitable for batch processing of small and medium-sized shafts, discs and other parts. The basic parts of the CNC vertical drilling machine are made of resin sand high-strength cast iron, which has been stably treated for many times. The machine tool's guide rail surface and working table are precisely ground by a CNC grinder, with high overall rigidity and good accuracy retention. The ZK51 series CNC vertical drilling machine adopts a reinforced spindle structure, which significantly improves the geometric accuracy and radial rigidity of the spindle, so that the machine has the ability to directly boring holes (this clause is only applicable to ZK5140B) The Z-axis of the ZK51 series CNC vertical drilling machine is controlled by the CNC system, and the Z-axis feed can execute programs such as fast forward, work forward, fast backward, and delay. The axis of the ZK51 series CNC vertical drilling machine is driven by a stepping motor (or AC servo motor), with large torque, good positioning accuracy and high processing efficiency. Z axis is equipped with stepping motor (or AC servo motor), KND-1000M CNC system. Z axis automatic zero return function, spindle overload protection function, centralized lubrication and working fluid circulating cooling system.
