1. Hydraulic System:

Adopt integrated hydraulic control system, more reliable and easy for maintenance.

1. Blade adjust and cutting precision:

The rectangular monoblock blades featuring long life with 2 cutting edges, quality high-carbon high-chrome blades D2 quality.
Cutting lenght can be adjusted from the control panel so that the blade does not need to complete the entire cycle.
System uses a bladder-type hydraulic accumulator as an auxiliary energy,absorb the pressure shock,the machine is running smooth,low noise.
Blade gap adjustment for a good,square, burr-free cut and for increased blade life the blade gap must be adjusted to suit blade thickness.

The ESTUN E21S control provides a complete solution for conventional shearing machine applicationss.
In view of characteristics of shearing machine, photoelectric encoder is equipped to display position of backgauge and dead block. Special functions like one side positioning display and spindle allowance offset are available to ensure unity for displayed position and actual position of backgauge.
Integrated with time replay, soft limit switch and power down position memorization function, E21S provides a high cost performance.
