1. Production introduce and use
The vertical machining center is X, Y, Z three-axis servo control half closed loop, structure and the overall size is compact and reasonable, the spindle adopts servo motor driven. 2.Structure feature
The main foundation parts such as pedestal, sliding seat, table, column, spindle box with high rigid iron structure, reinforcement is distributed internal of the base, sliding seat is box type structure. Ensure the basic pieces of high rigidity and resistance bending vibration performance; The main foundation parts with resin sand molding and after aging treatment, ensure the stability of the precision machine tool use for a long time.
2)The X, Y, Z guideway are all  linear guideway, automatic forced  lubrication, to achieve the high speed movement of the machine tool;
