1, Product Introduction and Usage
This machine tool is a fully functional inclined bed turning center with two linear axes, X and Z, and a high-precision indexing axis, C. The tailstock can achieve long stroke integral movement through hydraulic drive, especially suitable for high-speed and high-precision turning and milling composite processing of small and medium-sized discs and shaft parts. It can complete functions such as turning, milling, drilling, boring, tapping, and reaming in one clamping, and is an ideal processing equipment for turning and milling composite processing technology.

2, Main structural characteristics
1. The 30 ° inclined bed body and base are integrally cast and formed, with a 20mm wall thickness, box structure, reinforcement ribs that have been optimized through finite element analysis, high-strength cast iron material, resin sand molding, and sufficient secondary and natural aging, ensuring high rigidity of the basic components of the machine tool and long-term stability of the machine tool; Combined with automatic forced lubrication, it greatly reduces the frictional resistance of feed motion, improves the accuracy and service life of the machine tool;

2. Both the X and Z axes adopt high-precision, high load capacity, and high reliability linear rolling guides, combined with automatic forced lubrication, greatly reducing the frictional resistance of feed motion and improving the accuracy and service life of the machine tool; The friction coefficient of the original sliding friction can be reduced to one fiftieth of the original, resulting in higher feed speed and positioning accuracy of the machine tool. The tailstock feed is controlled by hydraulic pressure to achieve a long travel top tightening function;

3. High speed, high precision, and high rigidity shell type spindle unit, the spindle material is made of chromium molybdenum alloy, and the spindle bearing is a combination of NSK spindle specific double row cylindrical roller bearings and P4 grade high-speed precision angular contact paired bearings, and NSK designated high-speed lubricating grease is used, which is resistant to high speed and high temperature. The spindle unit is assembled in a constant temperature chamber, and after assembly, it undergoes continuous constant temperature running for 36 hours. After installation, it undergoes continuous 36 hours of trial operation to ensure high-speed, high-precision, and high reliability performance.

4. Using well-known brand power turrets, the tool change speed is fast, and the clamping and loosening of the cutterhead are completed by hydraulic pressure. The action is smooth and suitable for heavy cutting, with the function of selecting tools nearby. The tools can be installed in the forward or reverse direction according to user habits.

5. The external protection of the machine tool adopts a fully protective structure design, which is easy to operate, safe and reliable;
