Product Description

This machine is a fully functional slant bed turning center, especially suitable for high speed and high precision processing of medium-sized parts.it is the collection of modern composite processing and intelligent control of high level machine,mechanical, electricity, hydraulic integration product.  The product has 3 straight axis and a C axis, namely: X, Z, W (tailstock) and C axis, able to finish a clamping turning, milling, drilling, boring, tapping, reaming etc.functions. C axis can be dividing 0.001 degrees, more suitable for machining the complex shape parts.such like CAM, spiral flute 
1) 30 ° slant bed and the base is whole casting molding, 20 mm wall thickness, four square opening type structure, the finite element analysis of the optimal layout of reinforcement, high strength cast iron material, resin sand molding, through full secondary aging and natural aging, the basis of a machine tool with high rigidity and ensure the stability of the machine tool use for a long time;

2) X, Z axis adopt linear guideway, high precision, high load capacity, high reliability , With automatic pressure lubrication, which greatly reduce the frictional resistance of feed movement, improve machine precision and life; the friction coefficient of sliding friction can be reduced to one over fifty of the original, and feed speed of machine tool positioning accuracy is higher. W axis is feed axis control by hydraulic,so the tailstock can clamp the workpiece tightly.

3) Spindle unit, high speed and high precision, high rigidity cartridge type, the spindle with chromium molybdenum alloy material, main shaft bearing NSK spindle use dedicated double row cylindrical roller bearing and P4 level high speed precision angular contact bearings in pairs, NSK specified high-speed grease can resistance to high temperature at a high speed.Spindle unit assemble at constant temperature, running-in 36 hours straight in constant temperature after assembled, then through continuous 36 hours test run, make sure that the performance of high speed and high precision and reliability.The spindle hole is 64mm, and draw tube hole is 51mm to make the machine with greater processing range.

4) Adopts Taiwan VDI type power turret, power axis driven by servo motor, big torque and smooth, low noise, dividing precision, tool change speed, clamping and loosening of the tool dish driven by hydraulic, motion is smooth, suitable for heavy cutting, has the function of nearby choose tool can install according to the user habit forward or reverse.
