CK-40A series small precision CNC lathes meet the needs of high precision and high efficiency automatic machining with medium and small diameters.
Main machine tool design features:
    1.High precision spindle machine adopts sleeve type spindle, Japan super high precision spindle bearing, the first three rear two configuration to ensure high rigidity and lasting precision of spindle beat <3μm.
2.Super high speed cutting, high precision hydraulic rotary cylinder, precision collet and high rigidity precision power chuck configuration, improve the ability of ductile material cutting and strong cutting.
3.FANUC numerical control system to make the machine with high stability.
4.High efficiency processing machine spindle maximum speed 4000 revolutions / minutes, X, Y axis fast moving speed up to 18m/min. Automatic bar feeder can be configured to achieve high-speed, efficient automatic processing.
5.Hydraulic tool tower-adopts high precision hydraulic cutter tower with many tool positions, high speed, stable, accurate and large saving processing time.
    6.High precision feed and feed all axis servo drive. The Japanese THK high precision ball screw rod is adopted to ensure machining accuracy and long time accuracy, and feed axis repeat positioning accuracy <1.5μm.
