1. Bed frame
Realize the configuration of long and short bed bodies, fully utilize the existing resources of conventional vehicles, adopt a flat bed layout for the machine tool, adopt a single triangular guide rail layout, and use resin sand casting technology to provide good processing processability according to our factory's processing equipment. The bed legs are separated into front and rear legs to achieve the goal of reducing costs and facilitating production organization while ensuring the functionality of the machine tool.
2. Main transmission system
Adopting a mechanical three speed variable frequency design, it achieves stepless transmission within each gear, fully meeting the user's needs for various speed ranges. The spindle has the advantages of high rigidity, large torque, and wide speed range.
The head of the machine tool adopts a three support spindle structure, with the front and middle supports as the main supports and the rear end as the auxiliary support. The main shaft assembly adopts a high stiffness structure composed of bidirectional thrust ball bearings and NN series double row short cylindrical roller bearings arranged in combination. The rear end is supported by ball bearings. The front axle diameter of the main shaft bearings is Φ 120, the middle axle diameter is Φ 100, and the rear axle diameter is Φ 95. The lubrication adopts a splash lubrication structure inside the box, advanced spindle structure and perfect process measures to ensure that the main transmission system has high stiffness and rotation accuracy, and high precision retention.
The three speed range of the machine tool is 45~260r/min, 140~800 r/min, and 550~1600 r/min
3. Feed system
X. The Z-axis feed adopts a servo feed motor connected directly to the ball screw through an elastic coupling. And the X-axis ball screw support bearing adopts a high stiffness angular contact bearing with a shaft diameter of 25mm. The Z-axis ball screw adopts a fixed end and supported end method
X. The Z-direction guide rail adopts a sliding guide rail form, and the guide rail is subjected to medium frequency quenching, with a uniform hardening layer depth of over 3mm. The hardness reaches HRC52 or above, and the sliding surface of the drag plate is coated with plastic, which ensures that the stiffness, friction damping coefficient, and other dynamic and static characteristics of the feed system are in the optimal state. It has the characteristics of large contact area, high bearing capacity, good precision retention, and good seismic resistance.
4. Knife holder
Four station electric knife holder (standard configuration)
Choose Yaxing or Hongda knife holder as standard, with no need to lift the knife for tool change, contactless communication, counter locking, and internationally advanced three end tooth precision positioning.
5. Tail seat
The bottom of the taper hole of the tailstock sleeve of this machine tool is equipped with a tool stop block to prevent the tool inserted into the taper hole from rotating. The tailstock relies on a one-way guide rail for lateral movement and is adjusted by screws. Before moving, loosen the locking handle, pressure plate, and strip screw; After adjustment, tighten again. Extend the tailstock body and sleeve to avoid interference between the tool holder and tailstock.
After releasing the locking handle of the tailstock, the tailstock uses a rolling bearing with an elastic support to float the entire tailstock on the bed guide rail by 0.05-0.15mm, thereby reducing the driving force when the entire tailstock moves on the bed.
