This series of CNC vertical drills can complete drilling, expanding, reaming, tapping and other processes, suitable for batch processing of small and medium-sized shafts, discs and other parts.

The basic parts of the machine tool are made of resin sand high-strength cast iron, and after repeated tempering and stable treatment, the guide rail surface and working table surface of the machine tool are hardened by ultra-audio frequency and precision ground by a CNC grinder. The overall rigidity is high and the accuracy is maintained well.

This machine adopts reinforced spindle structure, which significantly improves the geometric accuracy and radial rigidity of the spindle.

X, Y, Z axis equipped with AC servo motor KND-1000M-C CNC system (other systems can be selected according to customer requirements), boot memory function.
