Product Description

1 ,  Main structural features of the machine tool:
1. 2. Both X and Z axes adopt high precision, high load capacity and high reliability linear rolling guide rails. The Z axis adopts a 6-slider design to greatly increase the rigidity, cooperate with automatic forced lubrication, reduce the friction resistance of the feeding movement, and improve the accuracy and life of the machine tool; The feed speed and positioning accuracy of the machine tool are higher.
3. The main shaft adopts the combination of the first three and the second two of the large diameter precision angular contact ball bearings, or the combination of the large  diameter   precision  angular  contact  thrust   ball   bearings  and  double   row cylindrical roller bearings. The transmission ratio of the main shaft servo motor is 1 :3 to drive the main shaft, which has excellent stiffness and large torque at low speeds.

4. The X - and Z-axis ball screws adopt the structure of pre tensioned inner circulating nuts. The ball bearing for the lead screw with a contact angle of 60  ° is selected as the lead screw support bearing, which can withstand higher axial loads and ensure the rigidity and accuracy of the feed transmission device.
5. The electrical unit cabinet of the machine tool is well sealed and equipped with electrical cabinet air conditioner to ensure the normal operation of the CNC system under the high temperature and humidity environment of the machine tool.
6. The  side  chain  plate  chip  conveyor  is  adopted. The  chip  conveyor  can  operate under  programmable control. The chip conveyor  is  installed from the front of the machine tool for easy adjustment.
In  additionthe  chip  conveyor  can   be  equipped  with  an  oil-water  separation mechanism, which can separate the  lubricating oil  in the cutting fluidreduce the generation of oil  mist, enhance the cooling effect of the coolant on the tool, and extend the service life of the tool.

(2) The chip conveyor shall  be arranged  reasonably without  interference with the machine tool cushion.
7. Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system adopts Taiwan hydraulic components; The oil tank is fixed on the  back  of  the  machine  bodyand  all  valve  groups  and  corresponding  pressure gauges are installed on the left and right front covers of the machine tool to facilitate the observation and adjustment of the pressure of each working circuit.
8.  The  machine  tool  pays  attention  to  the  design  of  the  edge  processand  the protection is reliable. There is no iron filings or coolant splashes and leaks outside the  machine  tool  during  the  powerful  cutting  and  the  powerful  high-pressure injection of coolant.
