XKW23 series, bed, column, beam form a closed frame structure (fixed beam type), ram (Z axis) adopts T or square all-inclusive option, stroke 800-1250mm, table (X axis) lateral slide ( Y-axis) adopts linear guide, main shaft is directly connected, gear head (T-type ram), gearbox (square ram) optional, power 15 / 18.5KW to 30 / 37KW optional, speed 4000 rpm to 6000 Turn / minute optional, can be equipped with a variety of attachment heads, the machine body uses HT300 gray cast iron, high rigidity, good torsional characteristics; suitable for processing large and medium-sized parts of strong cutting and precision machining, widely used in automotive molds, Construction machinery, aerospace manufacturing and other industries.
The machine adopts high rigid gantry frame structure, and the important parts are resin sand castings, and through two artificial aging treatment, has enough static and dynamic rigidity and good precision retention.
