Product Description

ZG-1 Series Servo Control Intelligent Bidirectional Closed Loop Tension Wire Cutting

The slow-moving wire-cutting machine tool is a type of wire-cutting. It uses continuously moving fine metal wires (called electrode wires) as electrodes to perform pulse spark discharge ablation and cutting on the workpiece. It is mainly used to process all kinds of complex and precise small workpieces. Because the wire electrode is continuously supplied with the wire, that is, the wire electrode is processed during the movement, so even if the wire electrode is worn out, it can be continuously supplemented, so the machining accuracy of the parts can be improved. The surface roughness of the processed workpiece can usually reach Ra=0.12μm and above, and its roundness error, linear error and dimensional error are much better than the fast wire cutting machine, so when processing high-precision parts, slow wire Cutting machines have been widely used.
The current new type of slow-moving wire-cutting machine tool can automatically re-thread the wire, but it will lose precious time; to avoid wire breakage, the discharge parameter power (P) must be reduced, so the wire cutting speed will be reduced. In addition, in order to stabilize the process, it is also necessary to use different pulse power parameters (ACO). Experienced machine tool operators judge the difficult-to-machine parts of the workpiece at the beginning of processing and make corresponding adjustments. However, manual adjustment of the processing procedure is very time-consuming and inevitably shortens the processing time of the machine tool.
Let's talk about the problems encountered in the slow-moving wire cutting process:
 (1) Poor discharge state: reduce the value of P. If the value of this value is greatly reduced and the wire is still broken, consider reducing the value of I until the wire is continuous. This operation will reduce the processing efficiency. If the wire breaks frequently, please refer to the following to find out the cause of the wire breakage.
 (2) The flushing state is not good, for example, the upper and lower nozzles cannot be processed on the surface, or when open processing. Usually the broken wire is in the processing area: reduce the P value, and check whether the upper and lower nozzle caps are damaged, if damaged, please replace it.
 (3) The conductive block is severely worn or too dirty. Usually the broken wire is located near the conductive block. Rotate or replace the conductive block and clean it.
 (4) The cooling water of the conductive block is insufficient, and the broken wire is usually located near the conductive block: check the cooling water circuit.
 (5) Too much wire tension: Lower the wire tension FW in the parameters, especially when cutting with a taper.
 (6) The type of electrode wire and the quality of the workpiece material: replace the electrode wire; reduce the P and I values until the wire is continuous.
 (7) The wire in the waste wire bucket overflows, causing a short circuit. Usually, the wire will break right after the processing is started: Put the waste wire in contact with the ground back into the waste wire bucket to eliminate the short circuit.
 (8) When trimming the cut wire, the offset may be inappropriate, causing the trimming to be immovable and breaking the wire: reduce the margin between the offsets.
(9) The conductivity of deionized water is too high, and usually the broken wire is in the processing area: if it exceeds the standard value by 10?s, the deionized water is circulated to the standard value or less than the standard value before processing; if it still does not reach the standard value, please Replace resin.
