I. Product Profile and Application
This machine tool is a semi-closed-loop CNC CNC lathe with centralized automatic lubrication device, four-station or six-station electric tool rest, etc. One programming input can automatically realize the machining of outer circle, inner hole, thread and complex arc surface of mechanical parts. This machine tool uses CNC control system, controls 2-axis movement at the same time, and has auxiliary functions such as movement, straight line and circular arc interpolation, thread cutting, various cutting cycles, coordinate system setting, tool tip R, tool offset compensation, distribution and so on. The program is compiled according to the international ISO standard, and the input of the program can be input manually through the buttons on the system panel or the data communication interface. II. Main Structural Characteristics
1. Horizontal flat bed structure, bed and bed seat and other main components are cast with high-strength material resin sand, with sufficient aging treatment; Wide bed foot, horizontal layout, with high stability and rigidity; After high frequency quenching, the guide rail is ground accurately to ensure the stability of long-term use of the machine tool.
2. The spindle is a gear transmission mechanism, which adopts the two-point support structure of high-precision spindle special bearing, so that the spindle can realize heavy load machining, and has the remarkable characteristics of high precision, strong rigidity, small thermal deformation, stable operation and low noise. The frequency converter is used to realize speed regulation, and the speed is divided into three gears: high, medium and low, which meets the processing requirements of various parts.
3. The vertical and horizontal moving axis of the machine tool adopts a semi-closed-loop control system with direct drive by servo motor, precision ball screw pair transmission and pulse encoder position detection feedback, which has fast response, high precision and long service life. The lead screw bearing is a special ball bearing with a contact angle of 60, which can bear high axial load and ensure the rigidity and accuracy of the feed transmission device. The moving parts ( large sliding plate and horizontal sliding plate ) of the machine tool are pasted with plastic, which reduces the friction resistance of the machine tool, weakens the crawling at low speed, and improves the positioning accuracy and service life of the machine tool.
4. Automatic intermittent electric lubrication pump is selected for oil circuit lubrication to realize centralized and quantitative forced automatic lubrication, reduce the wear of moving parts and prolong the service life.
5. Adopt horizontal flat bed double sliding door semi-protective structure and fixed pulse handwheel, which has the characteristics of convenient maintenance, tool alignment, flexible operation, convenient hoisting workpiece, good waterproof and dustproof effect, etc.
