1. Introduction and use
The machine adopts the workbench mobile, beam fixed gantry frame structure, widely used in automotive, aerospace, printing and packaging, textile machinery, metallurgy, petrochemical, locomotive, mold and other large and medium-sized machinery parts processing and mould manufacturing industry, once clamping can meet the requirements of coarse, half finishing and finishing, can finish milling, drilling, tapping, boring, reaming, and other process..
2.Main Features
1)Base, table, column, beam, a slide, spindle box and other major components using cast iron HT300, enclosure structure, compact and reasonable symmetric reinforcement structure to ensure the high rigidity and resist bending vibration performance;With resin sand molding and after full of aging treatment, provides the guarantee for the stability of the machine.
2) X, Y direction adopt imported  NO.55 overloaded roller linear guideway, with fast speed, high rigidity, low friction, low noise, low temperature rise change characteristic;Z direction is widen rectangular slide guideway, and the intermediate frequency quenching and precision grinding, sliding guideway surface paste  PTFE composite materials and precision lapping, with automatic forced lubrication, improve the accuracy of machine life and rigidity;
3) There is one oil cylinder for balance at both sides(left and right) of the spindle box , by gas-liquid conversion device to realize automatic synchronous balance, without external power supply, ensure the spindle box movement is smooth and stable;Z direction drive motor with a braking device when power-losing;
4)X, Y, Z three directions of feed using high rigid outer loop intubate type double nut preloading P3 large lead ball screw, high feed speed;
5)The spindle unit from Taiwan's professional manufacturer, high speed, high precision, high rigidity overloading, the axial and radial bearing capacity is strong, top speed of 6000 RPM;
6)Spindle adopts floating fight tool and center blowing structure, when spindle fight the tool, it can effectively unloading the impact on the internal bearing and quickly use center high pressure gas to clean the inner taper of spindle, ensure the accuracy of the spindle and the cutting tool and the life;
