1. Production introduce and use

The product is X, Y, Z 3 axis servo direct connect control semi-closed loop vertical machining center, 3 axes are steel ball linear guide rail, guide rail large load , wide span, high precision, compact structure and size, the spindle  is driven by servo motor through the synchronous belt.  It can processing a variety of a complex parts such as disc, plate, shell,cam, the mould, and once clamping can complete drilling, milling, boring, expansion, reaming, rigid tapping and other process,suitable for many varieties, small and medium-sized batch production, can meet the complex, high precision parts processing.  It can be equipped with the 4th  rotating axis  to meet the processing requirements of special parts.

X direction guideway is Taiwan HIWIN/PMI heavy 35# linear guide, Y, Z direction guide are Taiwan HIWIN/PMI heavy 45# linear guide, has fast speed, high rigidity, low friction, low noise, low temperature change and other characteristics, with automatic forced lubrication, improve the accuracy of machine tool life;
